Excessive thinking is not a medical term, but research shows that the habit can have a profound effect on our well-being. We may feel depressed, anxious, and sometimes other types of unexplained mental and physical problems. This practice can lead to a hunger for perfection. But was it worth it, to put forth all your effort, ...

He spent many hours analyzing the sudden thoughts that came out of his head. He also overreacted to what people said to him, constantly asking if it was a bad intention.
